column_border_width=&#8221;none&#8221; column_border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1652707145123{padding-right: 10% !important;}&#8221;]\n<h3>Notariskosten, Kadasterkosten en hypotheek \u201cGestor\u00eda\u201d \u2013 kosten:<\/h3>\n<p>Notariskosten, Kadasterkosten en hypotheek \u2010\u201dGestor\u00eda\u201d\u2010kosten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De bank heeft een \u201cGestor\u00eda\u201d (notariskantoor) aangesteld om namens haar de eigendomsakten van aankoop en hypotheek af te handelen, deze bij het notariskantoor af te halen, de bijbehorende zegelrechten te betalen en ze bij het Kadaster aan te bieden en af te halen.
