In het algemeen worden de inkomsten berekend op basis van de taxatiewaarde of &#8220;valor catastral&#8221; van het gebouw (met toepassing van verschillende tarieven naar gelang van de herzieningen die door het stadhuis worden aangebracht). Het belastingtarief op de aldus berekende inkomsten bedraagt 24,75%.<\/li>\n<li>Deze belasting wordt evenredig verdeeld over de dagen dat u eigenaar bent van het onroerend goed tijdens het opbouwjaar.<\/li>\n<li>De belasting wordt op jaarbasis achteraf betaald.<\/li>\n<li>Rekening houdend met al deze feiten zal uw notaris in staat zijn te bepalen welke de juiste waarden zijn die moeten worden toegepast.<\/li>\n<li>De betalingstermijn loopt van 1 januari tot en met 31 december van elk jaar, en de betaalde belasting komt overeen met het voorgaande kalenderjaar.<\/li>\n<li>De betaling moet rechtstreeks aan de belastingdienst worden gedaan. Er is geen mogelijkheid om een automatische incasso voor de betaling van deze belasting in te stellen. Het is de plicht van de eigenaar om via zijn notaris de belastingaangifte in te vullen en naar de Spaanse Schatkist te brengen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][vc_column column_padding=&#8221;no-extra-padding&#8221;
