Bij ontbinding van de gemeenschap\u00a0<strong>compenseert<\/strong> de eigenaar die het eigendom behoudt de mensen die uit de akte stappen voor de nettowaarde van hun specifieke aandeel. Om de nettowaarde van elk aandeel te berekenen moeten we de waarde van het huis kennen (gewoonlijk de waarde in de vroegere koopakte), eventuele bezwaringen (hypotheken, enz\u2026) verwerken en het saldo verdelen onder alle aandeelhouders.<\/p>\n<p>Om deze transactie te voltooien moeten ALLE<strong> huidige eigenaren de ontbindingsakte ondertekenen<\/strong>, dus als \u00e9\u00e9n van de eigenaren niet naar Spanje kan komen, kan MAM Solicitors een volmacht voorbereiden die kan worden ondertekend in eigen land voor een lokale notaris.
