Dus als uw eigendom een kadastrale waarde heeft van 100.000 euro, dan zou het te betalen bedrag ongeveer 150 euro per jaar zijn.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1672916182296{padding-right: 10% !important;}&#8221;]<strong>Plaatselijke belasting op onroerend goed (I.B.I.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dit is een directe belasting op basis van de waarde van het onroerend goed. In Spanje heet het IBI. Elke gemeenteraad bepaalt het percentage dat moet worden toegepast op de kadastrale waarde van het onroerend goed. Elk jaar wordt de waarde van de belasting verhoogd door toepassing van het percentage dat door de centrale regering in Madrid wordt gegeven, in overeenstemming met de inflatie.
